The new year is an ideal time to review accomplishments and strategize. An ongoing evaluation with member surveys and focus groups is part of our process of identifying strengths and areas for improvement. They allow us to formulate enhancements that address pain points, improving your experience. If you have participated in a member survey or focus group, thank you for your feedback. Improving your experience means more convenient, flexible, and efficient services, and our Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs) are a step in that direction. Since 2019, we have added 20 ITMs to our branches, offering the convenience of a live video teller during regular business hours at a cash dispensing machine. As more members adapt to the self-service kiosks, we will assess the viability of extending member support beyond traditional banking hours. Additionally, TCU will begin the integration of a new operating platform, allowing even more functionality.
Identity protection will remain a top priority in 2025. With more benefits in Better Checking, including protection for members and their households, we will remain vigilant in our effort to reduce financial fraud.
