Triangle’s Direct Deposit Sweepstakes
2026 Official Contest Rules, Revised for Direct Deposit Campaign: July 6, 2026 – October 4, 2026
- Sponsor: Triangle Credit Union, 33 Franklin St., Nashua, NH 03064
- Eligible Participants: Triangle Credit Union members, 18 years of age or older and who are US citizens or US resident aliens, or nonresident aliens subject to US taxes.
- To Enter: Triangle’s members who complete a new direct deposit allocation to Triangle Credit Union during the promo period of July 6, 2026 through October 4, 2026, will be entered into a sweepstakes drawing for monetary prizes. No Purchase Necessary. Alternate Means of Entry: To enter without setting up Direct Deposit, hand-print your name, address, phone number, and email address on a 3″x5″ card and mail it to: Triangle Credit Union, Attn: Direct Deposit Sweepstakes, 33 Franklin St., Nashua, NH 03064. Mail-in entries must be received by October 4, 2026. Limit one mail-in entry per person.
- Eligibility Requirement: Must be a Triangle Credit Union member, age 18 or older, and set up a new direct deposit during the promotional period. Eligible memberships must not have any previous direct deposits on record with Triangle Credit Union.
- Prizes and Drawing: A random drawing will be held by Triangle Credit Union at the end of the quarterly promotion period. Winning members will be notified by phone call or email. Three Triangle CU members will win. The grand prize winner will receive a $750 cash deposit into the member savings; two runner-up winners will receive a $250 cash deposit into their respective savings accounts for a total cash sweepstakes prize total of $1250.
- Eligibility Exceptions and General Terms: Employees, associate members of the Board of Directors and volunteer officials of the credit union are not eligible. Contest void where prohibited or restricted by law. Federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the prize winners. Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. No substitutions or transfers of prize permitted except at the sole discretion of the sponsor.
- Entrants Agreement: By participating, entrants agree to these official rules and accept decisions by Triangle Credit Union as final. Entrants agree to the use of their first name, first initial of last name and residing town/city for social media publication by the credit union.
- Winner Requirements: The winners will be notified by phone call or email. Further, the credit union may require that the winner sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release form. If required, the winner must return the Affidavit to the credit union within 14 days after prize notification or prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. The prize winner may not transfer their prize to any other party prior to acceptance.
- Limitation of Liability: Triangle Credit Union is not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any contest related materials; stolen, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, or illegible entries; or applications/forms processed late, incorrectly, or lost due to computer, electronic malfunction, or human error. The Credit Union reserves the right to cancel or modify the contest if fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of the contest as determined by Triangle Credit Union in its sole discretion.
- Consumer Disclosure: The Credit Union will award $1250 in cash deposits, including one (1) $750 cash deposit and two (2) $250 cash deposits. Odds of winning dependent upon the number of entries versus the number of eligible members.
- Winners Listing: The list of winners, with first name, first initial of last name and residing city/town, may be featured in a future issue of “Money Talk,” the credit union newsletter, and on the Triangle Credit Union web site www.trianglecu.org.
