Summer is finally here, and while we would love to take a moment to enjoy it, we have a very busy season ahead.

Our primary focus is the transition to a new operational system, commonly referred to as the core system. This core conversion involves numerous steps over the span of a year, and we have confidence in our team and our vendors to ensure a smooth process. Please note that this transition may require some system downtime, which is why you might occasionally receive emails indicating that our systems will be offline. We understand this can be inconvenient, but rest assured, these necessary changes will lead to a more efficient and improved experience for our members.

Speaking of improvements, we are excited about the launch of our Next Gen digital banking experience for online and mobile banking users. This enhancement, released on May 12th, includes upgrades for customizing your home screen, account widgets, and security measures.

Security remains a top priority for us, and protecting your membership is essential.

As a reminder, never share your member number or verification codes with anyone over the phone, even if they claim to be from Triangle’s Fraud Department. Scammers can be convincing and may spoof Triangle’s local phone number. If you receive a call that raises suspicion, please hang up and send a secure message through our online or mobile banking platforms. We work hard to prevent fraud and provide many resources on Triangle University, but our best defense is you!
