ITM– Banking Technology With a Human Touch

Chances are you have used an ATM (Automated Teller Machine) at least once before, whether through a drive-up ATM or inside a branch. ATMs have been around since the 1960s and although they can solve some quick problems without needing outside assistance, they have their limitations.

ITMs, or Interactive Teller Machines, look like traditional ATMs, except there are added features that make these machines more user-friendly and help solve other pain points that traditional ATMs cannot.

The main benefit to an ITM is being able to speak directly with a teller using live video, during business operating hours, if you have questions or need extra assistance.

This means you can get the same service you would normally get inside a branch or through a drive-up without needing to stand in long lines.

In addition to speaking with a teller through live video, our ITMs allow members to conduct other transactions that are not typical of standard ATMs.

Members can make loan payments through the ITM as well as order and cash checks.

Not sure you need all the bells and whistles? An ITM has all the functions of a standard. You can make deposits and withdrawals – and even have greater control over the denominations being dispensed.

Forgotten your debit card? It’s no problem! Use the ITM live teller services to complete your transaction without your card.
