As we embrace the exciting and transformative season of the new year, I want to share some important updates and celebrate the incredible impact we’ve made together.

First, our core system conversion is well underway, with an expected launch this May. This significant technology investment will make your transactions faster, more secure, and more convenient. The upgrades are designed with you in mind, ensuring that every interaction is seamless and efficient. While change takes time, the outcome will be a stronger, more innovative system that better supports your financial goals than ever before. 

Even as we focus on innovation, our commitment to community remains at the heart of everything we do. Over the past few months, we’ve proudly launched and supported initiatives that create real change. These include Triangle’s Making Money Personal Podcast Share Cuz You Care campaign, where members voted on three local charities to receive the top donation of $1000! Additionally, we supported The Salvation Army of Greater Nashua’s Angel Tree, Holiday Cards for the Military, and a food drive that benefited three local food pantries, including matching member donations totaling up to $2,000, to fight hunger.

During the longest government shutdown in US history, credit unions found ways to continue supporting their members. Triangle proudly provided options to assist impacted members including thirty-thousand dollars in advanced pay to members who did not receive government direct deposit, nearly eighteen-thousand dollars in short term loans with no interest, and Skip-A-Pay options for thirteen members who needed assistance with their existing loans.

These efforts reflect our identity as a credit union that balances progress with purpose. Every dollar, every volunteer hour, and every act of kindness strengthens the communities we serve—and that’s something we can all be proud of.
