PopMoney® is being discontinued!

On June 20, our new external transfer and person-to-person service, PayItNow, will become available within online and mobile banking. This upgraded service will allow faster money movement with real-time account verification.

PayItNow will replace our existing external transfer and PopMoney feature, which will be deactivated on June 30th. External accounts and payment recipients will not move to the new service automatically, so we have provided some easy instructions for saving your information so that you may easily add them to the new service once it is available:

External Transfers: Outside Accounts

  1. Log into online banking and hover over “Move Money”, then select “External Transfers” from the dropdown
  2. Select Transfer Between My Account
  3. To view a list of your external account, click “Accounts”, then scroll down to “My Other Accounts”
  4. You may want to document the accounts listed here for future reference

External Transfers: Activity

  1. Follow steps 1 and 2 above
  2. Click on the “Activity” tab
  3. Filter the activity under the “display” field, then add dates as far back as 6-months
  4. Print or download and save the activity
  5. This information can be used as a reference to set up recurring transfers on the new service

PopMoney: Contacts

  1. Log into online banking and hover over “Move Money”, then select “External Transfers” from the dropdown
  2. Select “Pay Other People / PopMoney”
  3. Click “Contacts” to review recipients to whom you have sent money
  4. Click the blue triangle to the left of each contact to expand their contact information
  5. You may want to document the accounts listed here for future reference

PopMoney: Activity

  1. Follow steps 1 and 2 above
  2. Click on the “Activity” tab
  3. Print or download and save the activity (the report will automatically provide up to 6 months of history)
  4. This information can be used as a reference to set up recurring transfers on the new service
